| iPad apps Hi all, I got a new iPad2 (well given to me by my job) and I need suggestions on apps. What apps are compatible with Microsoft office? Would you download the kindle or nook app? Also if I need to save a Microsoft document how do I do I save it? I guess I'm used to the PC world! Lol

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | I just got an ipad for Mother's day, and any advice information/tips on it would be greatly appreciated.

Thor's Human Donating Member | I would recommend DocsToGo. It costs $20, but I think it's completely worth it if you want to use your iPad for light document processing. I'd also recommend getting a separate keyboard. I believe there is actually a mini-Microsoft office available as well. I haven't used it personally, but heard good things. Also, I love iPeriod. This is the first time in my life I've had any idea when I'm cycling. iBooks is great, but Kindle has more books available. The newsstand is great too! Those are built in. The iPad is pretty fabulous even without any apps!

And I completely agree on the separate keyboard if the iPad will be used for more than just browsing. | |
