Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I can check into some ways to find out about auctions / mills etc - I know someone who went to an auction - I'll have to ask how they find out information about the people running the auctions and locations - I think we had a member here who went to one ? The other thing is to ask your local ASPCA if they know of any operating mills in your area - if anyone would ...it's them - they may want to help and share their info. Also people who do rescues would know mill locations possibly and many recsues are listed by location.

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | Rhonda is asking how we can target locations for mills - so IF we email anyone we have a place to point them to Lots of info on the net is only telling us how bad mills are - or they talk about the known mills that have been targeted - but I've yet to see a list of locations by state and I really was looking today - Being licensed by USDA is one way to tell - They're in charge of the commercial kennels AKA puppy mills and brokers - but the problem is... many go undetected because there aren't enough inspectors out there to track them all down - |
