| Make up question I have used Clinique make up for years. The make up I used in the past was the Work Out Make Up in the color cloud. It was discontinued and I have yet to find any make up I like. I have tried just about every kind Clinique has. I also tried Bare Minerals. I didn't like it either. Did anyone else use this and find another makeup that is comparable? Or are there any Clinique workers or other make up companies that would suggest something? I am at my wits end on this.

| I was a Clinique user for years and then Estée Lauder, but I love Lancôme products.

| Good evening! I hate when I'm used to something for years, and then it goes away!! It always 'throws' me - and I end up spending a fortune getting something I try to like instead aargh! Also when they say 'new improved' - it rarely is!!! Have you tried emailing Clinique and explaining your predicament? Ask them what they would suggest is an equivalent alternative within their range? Personally - Clarins or Estee Lauder or Lancome for me (or the Body Shop if you have them?). I hope you manage to get it sorted, Sally x |

| Yes, they gave me their recommendation. But it was NOTHING even close. I am not even sure why they thought it was. So, it didn't help at all.

| I hated Bare Minerals. It made me look so old, and I'm asian LOL. I did find this new Revlon loose powder that is infused with coconut water. It's cooling when it goes on, and it's a "wet" powder, doesn't make my skin look dry and old. Covers pretty good and it's light. Plus when I wear my sunglasses it doesn't all rub off and leave makeup less marks on my face.

| I tried the Mary Kay in the past. We had trouble finding a color to match my nice hard to match pale colored skin. That has been years ago however. Is there more color selection now?

| I have been using MAC products for years and have been really happy. I'm not a make-up expert though, so I just stick with what I know lol

| I used Clinique years ago. I now use Chanel Mat Lumiere daily. Sometimes I use vitalumiere. Love the Chanel foundations.

| Why are you not using clinque any longer? My dermo and a makeup artist told me Clinique is not meant for people past their 20s skin. Bare Minerals is good, my dermo approved that for my skin type (oily prone to break outs). I hear Christian Dior has great Mascara. I just have a hard time doling out $25 for 1 tube of mascara.

| If you have one close by go to a Sephoria. They have so many brands and someone can help you pick out a few choices and give you trials that you can use before you invest in replacements.

| Actually trying Estée Lauder Cathy. If this one don't work out I will try Lancome. I went in to try something at Sephoria but had trouble getting waited on. Very busy and of course time of year didn't help. So went to Dillard's and headed toward Estée Lauder and Lancome. The Estée Lauder girl got to me first! So keeping my fingers crossed!
