| I Love My Cat Avery I know this is a dog forum but I have to post that I just love my cat Avery, he cracks me up. Avery is a 13 year old rescue that I have had since he was 3 weeks old. He has always been fascinated with Christmas Trees , in fact when he was younger he would climb in to the tree and nap on the branches. (we went through 2 trees one year because he kept breaking the branches). Last year I bought Avery his own tree, a 3 foot Pink tree (okay the pink part is mine). I set up his tree last night in our bedroom on my old cedar chest and put his bed on top of the chest next to the tree... Avery has been in there all day sleeping or gazing at his tree. I will commit sight to my memory for those times when life gets a little wacky busy and remember that Avery really knows how sometimes the simple things are the best.

| Thanks for sharing your stories about Avery We have two fat long haired cats that we love to death... The orange one is obsessed with knocking ornaments off of our tree and the first year we had him, he would climb to the top of the tree Luckily, at 15 pounds now... he doesn't try to climb the tree anymore. I don't know if you know, but there is a section on here where everyone talks about their yorkies brothers and sisters. I often go by there to see all the yorkie siblings Here is a picture of Tiger as a kitten in our tree lol
