| What's for dinner tonight? As some of you know my boyfriend and I recently remodeled our kitchen. (Pictures attached) I didn't have one for 5 months!!! Actually it is VERY easy...I just make my sauce (I use Emeril Marinara) ground turkey and spices...cook your pasta, I have used ziti, large elbows, and even broad egg noodles. mix your sauce/meat with the pasta.....take ricotta cheese (large) 1 egg, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella and parsley....mix that together really well....put half the pasta in a casserole dish, the ricotta cheese mixture then the rest of the pasta, sprinkle mozzarella on the top and bake for about 30 -45 mins....delish!
