| I need help finding my daughter a camera! She really wants a lamography camera for Christmas. She'd also like the 'fish-eye' feature, but it's not a must. I've found some but they all take film. I don't want that for many reasons including it costs almost $12 a roll to develop now! Someone told me they have digital versions but I can't find one for the life of me. As a last resort if I can't find one she'd like a digital cam with the large, fancy lens. My price limit is $200, but I hope to keep it below that if possible. Hopefully I can find something fairly easy to use & a reputable brand. Any suggestions?

| I'm no camera expert, but I do know there are many features in photo software that allows one to create many desired effects. Many programs are free, this would allow getting more camera for your bucks instead of spending on bells and whistles...

YT 2000 Club Donating Member | Lomography - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia I had never heard of this before; so I attached an article about this technique. the way I read the article is that while digital photoshop programs can emulate some of the effects of lomographic shots, from a purist point of view, you are not getting the real thing. I do know in the digital realm, lenses are often as expensive or more than the actual camera, and that there are different lenses to accomplish a whole lot of different things.
