| What do you use to seal a floor? So, low and behold one or more of my little fur monsters has been peeing on the bedroom carpet instead of the pee pad. Not a huge problem as I have been planning on replacing it with tile or some other nonabsorbent covering. When I remove the carpet and clean the wood subfloor what do I use to seal it? Would I use an outdoor wood sealer and if so would anything stick to it? |

| I'm not sure what you would use because I have never had a sub-floor sealed; it's always raw wood. However, I know you would not want to use an outdoor product. They often contain chemicals you don't want indoors, even when they are covered by flooring.

| You are right! I hope I get an answer before I leave work today. I want to get something on the way home. I'm thinking maybe fast drying poly. |
