I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Oh gee that is so sad, "Hawkeye walked up to the casket at the beginning of the service and then dropped down with a heaving sigh as about 1,500 mourners witnessed a dog accompanying his master until the end, reported CBS".

| I just saw our local news is going to talk about the "heart-wrenching" picture after their break. I bet this image will be shown all over the nation. I hope it does. You can never hear enough about the powerful bond between man and dog. |

| Oh my this is heart breaking. You feel so sorry for the dog yet love the fact that he loved his owner so much. Tears hard to keep back.
