| 6 Weeks and 2 Days Until Justin's Due Date! I just wanted to share the excitement and anxiety that I am feeling right now. (: This pregnancy has went by very quickly, and hopefully by September 10th, Justin will make his grand entrance into the world. Things I'm concerned with: his happiness/health, my 7 and 6 year old's reaction to their new brother, how little Ferocious Khloe will take to him, and juggling family, work, and school with the new addition. On a positive note, Khloe seems to love all people young and old; she is definitely a people dog. She also was the first one to know about my pregnancy. She always used to sleep at my head, but she started curling up at my belly. Not long after that I found out. She's such a sweetheart. (:

| I am excited for you. I have until the end of November and it has really went by fast so far. We start school next week and I always feel like the first quarter goes by quickly. I pray that your concerns are nothing to worry about at all and everything goes perfect from beginning of labor to meeting his siblings. I am also worrying about returning to work after, esp. since I want to breast feed for the first 6 months or so. I hope your employer treats you well and is understanding to this huge time of adjustment for you and your home. That is sweet she is curling up at your belly. Maddie has just started doing that to me. For a while, she wanted nothing to do with me which was totally unlike her. She was a daddy's girl for a while. I wondered if it had to do with me carrying a boy.? |

| Aww, congrats to you! I hope everything has went smoothly for you. I am going to try to nurse also. I tried unsuccessfully once before. Khloe is more clingy to my husband now too, but she settles for my company when he isn't here or when he's sleeping to recover from working some nights. I still haven't toured the hospital, still haven't registered for breast feeding classes through the hospital, and still haven't registered for classes that start in Aug. I need to get busy, but outside of my household responsibilities, work, and online classes all I want to do is recover and sleep. I'm hoping the adrenaline kick of the third trimester will kick in soon so I can get everything done. Have you thought of any names for your little angel yet? Quote:

All I want to do is sleep usually, but do have much more energy than in the beginning, and since I started an iron supplement. We are thinking Fletcher, but not certain and can not agree on a middle name. We will probably decide just before we are scheduled to leave the hospital and bring him home | |

| I like Fletcher. Good choice! And you are so ahead of me. You've motivated me; I'm registering this week along with my fall classes. I was in a bad car accident yesterday, and it was so scary. I started feeling lightheaded and blacked out. Next thing I knew, I was in my car with my airbag and the passenger side airbag deployed. A volunteer paramedic saw it happen with 3 other people, and I had to stay in the hospital overnight for observation and for tests. Everything came back normal, baby is fine, so they think the cause of the blackouts is Justin putting pressure on my vena cava near my spine causing oxygen not to return to me. So the hubby said no more long distance road trips; just to work and the grocery store for me until he is born. I'm still a little sore, but I am going back to work tomorrow. I'm actually looking forward to it; I just want a normal day tomorrow. Hope all is well with you. Please keep in touch and let me know how you are and when he arrives. Babies are so much fun. Quote:

| Oh no! I am so glad you are okay. Gosh, a car accident is scary enough to think about but being pregnant and having an accident is terrifying. Again, I am so glad you are okay. You make SURE to take care of yourself. I am glad you are registering for classes. Getting some things marked off the "To Do" list will feel good. Take care and God Bless you and Justin. Again, I am very glad He kept you both safe through your accident. Quote:

| God was watching over me; luckily I didn't hit another car, but I did hit a ditch on the side of the interstate that caused the airbags to come out before going up a hill. I'm just thankful the kids weren't in the car with me, that I didn't hit anyone else, and that everything seems to be okay. I will worry until the baby is born; the tests came back fine but until I see him, I won't feel confident because there was a 30 second or so lapse that I didn't know I was in the world. ): Please keep baby Justin in your prayers.

| Thank you for your kind words and for the thoughtful PM. I did something else dumb. Due to work and the accident, I waited until the last minute to take a final, and now I am booted out of the system until 10 PM tonight to take it. Of course a storm had to hit the last day that it was offered. I have not been my energetic self lately. I have been working, and I have been literally coming in, getting the kids and hubby settled, and going to bed. I get so exhausted so easily, and I can't seem to push myself any faster than at the last minute. No excuses, I'm certain it looks horrible to my online professors. I feel so bad because I sincerely know the importance of getting through college. This is my Statistics final, and I am terrified. Thanks for lending me a listening ear and for checking on me. I hope you are feeling well, and I hope you have a great remainder of your weekend. Quote:
