| Missing packages? This is crazy... So, first, I had ordered a Puppia harness on ebay back on April 5th... tracking # confirmed delivery to my house, but I never got it. I honestly just thought my step-dad had placed it somewhere and it would eventually show up... he is the one that gets the mail and sometimes leaves it in his car or something. He swears we never got a package and he always puts all packages for me on my desk... which he HAS been doing. Then, I ordered a DVD on ebay as well, again tracking number confirms it was delivered April 19th. Yet it wasn't at my house... totally the case of the missing packages here. My stepdad is very adamant that he put all packages on my desk, and I believe him, he's been good about it and has done it with the other packages I've received in the last month (I have received other things I've ordered). My mom remebered that while her and my stepdad went to dinner a few weeks back while driving away they noticed it looked like a package in the mailbox. So they went off to dinner and when they got back home got the mail and there was nothing in there. They thought maybe they were just seeing things and maybe there never had been a package there to begin with, until I mentioned to them how this is the second package that is just... missing. I know it is not ebay because they had delivery confirm. numbers and I've ordered lots of ebay with no problems. Do you think someone is stealing out of our mailbox? We live on a main road and our mailbox lid is broken so it's kind of just been 'open' for the past few months. This is just crazy! There's probably nothing I can do about it if it was confirmed delivered. Sucks, though, I'm out a total of $25ish.

| If you contact USPS they can put an investigation on the missing packages to find out what happened. With delivery confirmation, the postal carrier will be able to tell exactly where the packages were left, if indeed they were delivered. I had USPS investigate a package that I shipped to a customer and found out that it was sitting in my local post office for no apparent reason. They are pretty good about finding out what happened. I also recommend contacting the seller and although there is a delivery confirmation, explain to them that the item was not received. If you put it on them, they will have to start an investigation with USPS. I believe in top notch customer service, so the one time someone claimed an item not received (w/confirmation), I went ahead and shipped it again.

| I had ordered a phone cover off ebay & the delivery confirmation said it was delivered, but I never got it. I contacted the seller & they said they'll send another one out right away. They said sometimes it gets lost but usps marks it as delivered & it happens all the time! They sent me one right away & I ended up getting the 'lost' one 6 months later! The padded envelope was dirty & looked like it went places. I contacted the seller & told them I received it & they told me to keep it. I think it was maybe dropped in the mail car by our delivery man & maybe he found it 6 months later? lollll I had a customer contact me bc delivery confirmation said it was delivered a day ago but they never got it. I told them I'll look into it, & it ended up being delivered the next day. I'm really not sure WHY usps marks them as delivered when in fact they have not been...

| You need to contact both the seller and carrier as soon as possible after the incident. One of them is responsible. I had this happen with a package once, UPS insists they left it out front, so we are pretty certain it was stolen. UPS ended up replacing the products in a very short time- however, they also put a flag on our address meaning everything that was delivered had to be signed for which was kind of a pain because if we missed delivery we had to go pick it up. It lasted a couple of years and now they are back to leaving things.

| I would second what everyone said. Also contact the seller. I've had one (or two?) items magically show up at my door even though they said they were delivered at the customer's house. Also, any chance it was a different carrier those days? Sometimes sub carriers mess up and put in the wrong mail box. |

| You need the kind of mail box that when the mailman drops things in they drop down too far for anyone to steal from the box. You've got a thief! It isn't the seller's fault.

| Alright, well one seller of the DVD sent me.... Hello Brittany, Thank you for contacting us with your concern! I have researched your order, and our system does show that it shipped out on 4/18, however our system did not properly record the transaction, and I have been unable to locate a tracking number at this time. I regret that you did not receive the DVD, and I was unable to locate another copy of your order at this time. We list books & media in large volume and sometimes errors are made. I regret any inconvenience this may have caused. Feel free to keep the item, give it as a gift, or donate it. I have issued you a full refund, which should appear on your next billing statement. Should you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to let us know right away. Thank you again for choosing Goodwill, we greatly appreciate your time and support. Have a great and safe day! Have a great & safe day! But the one with the Puppia says it was confirmed it was delivered, etc... so I still gotta figure out about that one!

| Sometimes the mailman will just leave a package on the front steps if we are not home. My UPS man leaves packages on my side steps which is behind a fence. So it's possible that someone passing by could have taken your package if it was left in the front of your house. |
