VENTING - Talk about having big ones !

I have to vent.

First My neighbors who have 3 cars and a gorgeous house - I 've been in it.... 4 days ago they ordered Cable ...I know this cause the cable guy had to come in my yard to hook them up.....so they have money

First....they used our lawn mower and broke it.

Then I catch them using our Trash cans - which is ok.... but WE pay for this service but after I found him using our trash cans at night - I said go ahead - it was ok - but they never ASKED me to do this.

Today I walk outside and they're cleaning their freakin GARAGE with OUR WATER hose ....using OUR water ?

Just helping themselves.... and who knows how long they've been doing this ? They moved into their house 2 years ago the same day we did - I BET they've been doing this that long ...that hose is way on the side of my house I hardly ever see.

What the HELL is wrong with people that they just use your stuff and don't even ask ? We are SO broke - 2 months behind in rent for our house....and I was just putting the PAID LATE water bill (coincidence) into my mailbox....
when I saw MY hose going clear into their house !

I walked over to his house just in time to see him trying to run to hide inside....talk about BUSTED. lol

What a freaking mooch ! I was so pissed - I didn't even bother to stay there and get into it with him - I just told him ...I don't mind them using our trash cans....but Sh*t.....WE PAY FOR WATER & put it back NOW.

MAN .....some people - all he had to do is ASK ME first ....you just don't help yourself to peoples utilities that they pay for.

Please, you have every right and then some to be mad! I know I would be! Like you said, it is one thing if someone is in need of something and asks if you could help, but to just use / break your things without even asking is essentially stealing. And the fact that you are behind on your bills while they run them up makes it so much worse. I would recommend saying something and then trying to keep them from using stuff.......maybe put the hose someplace where they can't just conveniently use it along with your water. Of course, cool down before you go over there because the last thing you want to do is blow up and cause a huge never-ending feud seeing as you will still be living next door to them. You definitely should say something though because if they don't care whether or not to ask, they definitely won't stop just because it is wrong. I swear, it amazes me how some people act. I can't even imagine doing something like that! Good luck and keep us posted!

OM,, that is crazy, I would have lost it,,, I thought I had problems with my neighbors, Yelling at their dogs, but that takes the cake, YOu need to tell them to get their own fricking trash pick up,,YOU pay, why should they not have to,, and then the water,,that is UNBELIEVABLE! WHAT did you say to them? DID they respond? WOW... I'm speechless.. for once!

The nerve of your neighbors! What is wrong with people! You have every right to be so totally upset! They shouldn't even be using your garbage cans...don't they have any of their own? As far as using your water, that is ridiculous. Is there a way you can take the handle off your water thing on that side of the house? I'd do that if you can and just put it on when YOU are going to use it. I wouldn't trust them after this and keep a close eye on them! It sucks to have neighbors like that!

Some people have a lot of nerve... I would be very upset if I found our neighbors using our water, or anything else for that matter, without our consent. You have every right to be pissed.

thats why they have money if they keep using others, id go mad if that was done to me, some people have so much front.
sorry too here your struggling at the moment hopefully it can only get better for you and your hubby.
are trash cans rubbish bins? if so dont he have any of his own? if it was me id put something really really smelly in it so when he opens it it will make him sick.
its really made me mad him doing this to you, if this was done in the uk hell would break loss

HMMMMMMMMMMM, Well I am VERY Nice but not so nice when people do stuff to me that is down right ignorant. I would snatch my hose inside and lock the trash cans. SERIOUSLY even if they were the little plastic kind I would take the drill and drill a hole through and put a lock on.. A pain in the butt to open and shut but I would get TONS of satisfaction until they got the point.

OMG...I would have been irrate and probably strangled him with
the hose and then threw him in the trash had he done that to me!
Seriously, as the other have said this guy is clearly taking advantage
of you...Take the knob off the faucet and remove the hose entirely
and as someone else said lock your trash cans. From here on out I
would watch him like a hawk! As for trying to be neighborly I believe
he stepped over the line so therefore he deserves nothing besides
maybe a good swift kick in the pants...

My husband was really mad about the trash - but I said why not ? if they needed to use our cans - go for it - but to sneak out there the way they were doing it was pretty pathetic -

After I caught him doing that - I just said use them on trash day if there's room - it's no big deal to me - I'd rather have it gone than sitting somewhere else I guess...

But the Water really ticked me off - I swear - he looked SO GUILTY I couldn't yell at him - I just told him straight out when WE pay for the water - WE are going to be the only ones using it....IF it was an emergency that's different... but ASK me first. the worst thing is we are struggling so bad paying bills right now.....he couldn't have picked a worse time to do this.

I just couldn't believe I saw MY hose going clear across his driveway into his garage without them asking....BIG ONES I tell ya !!!

Now I'm wondering why his cars always look so clean.
