I have never heard of such nerve, even in an emergency (maybe if his house was totally engulfed in flames) he should have asked your permission. It is very apparent that this man and I use the term loosely has absolutely no manners what-so-ever.

Remember if all this fails Mac, Mellie and I will come down and give him a "what for".

Yeah....maybe.....if he asks real polite like...hahahaha

Mostly just my brother in law. But it still pisses me off because he downloads stuff. Ive had a virus before that wiped out my computer so it makes me mad when he downloads his crappy music. My computer is my business. He also burns cd's on my computer using my cds(that I paid for for my business) and without even asking. My husband wont say anything to him. So I just hide my laptop now whenever he comes over

Wow you have FREE Water ? We pay for everything here. Water isn't as high as where I used to live... but it's run on a meter just like electricity...you get billed for usage so my neighbor was really wrong for just helping himself - I know them to say hi and stuff - but we're not friends really which is why I was so amazed he was just out there helping himself...

Ask him if you can use his nice cars, if not tell him to leave your stuff alone. Some people are just creeps and will never change . good luck on the problem.

Wow Villette, you sure got a lot of responses to this thread!!! No wonder you needed to vent!!!! ! I didn't read every single post, so I don't know if anyone mentioned a shut-off valve. I would shut off the connetion to the line that feeds the hose. That is just so ignorant of them to do this to you. It will be interesting to see how much your water bill decreases after you shut that valve off. I would even consider adding the difference and multplying it by the amount of years that you have lived there and present the total to them suggesting they pay you that amount since it was water they were using. Top it off with telling them you changed your mind on sharing your garbage cans. I wish you the best! You are such a giving person....however, "giving" and "taking" are 2 different things and it sounds like it is high time your theifing neighbors learned the difference!!!

Villette, how about if you go over and ask him/them what kind of pie they like for
Thanksgiving because you will be making quite a few. Lets say they say "Pumpkin"
and then say GOOD YOU'RE NOT GETTING ANY.

Or if we only had Barney (my brother's dog) who buired the carcus of the Thanksgiving
turkey in his neighbors front yard. Oh God.
