| So happy I am so excited, DH and I have been renting now since I have been with him (4) years. We put a bid in for a house!! I have the best news, the bank accepted our offer and they are going to submit it to the boss, if he signs it we will be in ESCROW!! The back wants a 30 day escrow! I am soooo happy, Pnut will have a backyard and DH is even going to build a sunroom so Pnut can enjoy the sun and be protected from hawks, when we are not home!! Ughhh I am sooo excited! DH isn’t really my DH we aren’t married, I consider us married, we both do. We are doing things a little backwards LoL First house, then Marriage

| Thanks!! Well DH is a contractor so he has all these ideas of what he wants to do with the house, build out the master, build a sun room, etc etc I told him all I wanted was a little area for my garden and some granite counter tops, and he can do whatever else hehe. We agreed

| Congratulations How wonderful for all of you especially pnut! Buster loves to roll on the grass. I would love to have a backyard for him. He has become quite the grass connoisseur only rolling on the best lawns so if I do get a backyard I will have to make sure the grass is topnotch. LOL I hope this house is everything you have dreamed of and more!

| Congrats! I love the kitchen. All that grass out front will be awesome for Peanut to run in. I think the three of you will be very happy there.

| Thank you guys!! I think Pnut will love the grass too, but the house is backed up on a hill so I will have to be very careful when he is outside playing in the grass, I never leave him alone, but hawks are fast. I am even thinking about getting a long rope/leash and clipping it to his harness... We will have to see.. It scares me bc of the tress above the grass area, If I am sitting down throwing a ball to him, I know if a hawk was in the trees he would be able to fly down and get him even probably before I get up!! Am I over thinking this? Also the owners told me they lost a min pin to a coyote! The guy said he picked him up and ran away, it was too late they couldn't catch him. I didn't ask details where the dog was, where he was.. They also said at night they hear lots of creepy animals in the back hills!! Pnut will never be alone in the back/front at night, if he is out in the night he is with me on a leash or I am holding him, so I don't know.. Things I think/stress about.
