| My daughters prom dress My daughter who is a junior in high school got asked to this years senior prom. What do you think of this dress? I hate all of those revealing dresses that they have out there. I thought this was appropriate. She has dark hair and green eyes. I thought this would really bring out her eyes.

| Yes this is the new trend with proms. They wear prints. With a nice hair-do and some "bling" I think it will be perfect. My older daughter had her prom 2 years ago and that's what most of the girls were wearing, these print dresses. We saw other dresses that she liked but she said it's not her prom so she doesn't want to make a "statement" if you know what I mean. This dress has a nice soft animal print. Some of these dresses WOW they don't leave much to the imagination. They go down so far in the back and they just have a little chain or something in the front all the way down. It's unreal !! They also don't wear those giant big dresses either.

| I work as a special needs teacher in a vocational high school, if you could see what some of the girls wear to the prom you would die. When I chaperoned for the first time I was horrified! The dress that you and your daughter picked out is classy and beautiful. It is also age appropriate! Please post pictures of her all dressed up!

| I think the dress is beautiful. This is our first year of no prom after 6 consecutive years with at least one going to prom and often two (girls). I think I have seen it all but for the most part, the girls were beautiful in their dresses. Last year, my daughter went conservative, bought a knock off Sherri Hill dress and had my oldest daughter do her hair. Her most expensive item was her shoes and nails. When it was all said and done, she had under 200.00 in her whole look, and she was beautiful. She went with a short dress, so she wanted her shoes to make a statement, and boy did they! It was awesome! Embrace it, I am going to miss the mother-daughter bonding time that came along with prom.
