Donating YT 4000 Club Member | Anyone seen any good movies lately? We can finally get out and about around town, so I'd like to go either see something in the theater or at least go pick up something from blockbuster. Any suggestions?

| I don't have Facebook, but I did enjoy the movie "The Social Network." "The Town" was entertaining, if not altogether original. "Inception" is very good. I always wait for movies to come out on DVD.

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | That's one I'm dying to see. I loooooove Tim McGraw. I think The Social Network is available On Demand, my daughters might like that one. Thanks for the suggestions.

Never watched Social Network yet. But The Town was really good and I loved Inception (though, I'll admit, I was *really* confused and had to watch it a second time to understand it). I watched Zak Efron's movie Charlie St. Cloud semi-recently and I thought it was pretty good. He actually did a really good job acting. I don't think it's Oscar-worthy performance or anything, but I related to the movie of course, since he lost his younger brother in an accident. I also just discovered Bruce Willis' movie (I got it from that Blockbuster machine) called Surrogates. It came out in 2009 apparently but I actually really liked it. It was kind of weird, but I like movies like that. I think it's worth checking out. I've heard good things about The Tourist with Johnny Depp and Angelina, but I haven't seen it yet. I also really want to see Rabbit Hole because, again, I can relate to it. But I think it's going to be really depressing, not sure I want to do that to myself, lol. But I love Nicole Kidman. I'm kind of a movie buff.

| The Other Guys with Will Farrell and Mark Walberg was funny, if you're into that kind of humor. |

| I saw Little Fockers on Thursday and was no impressed. It had its funny moments but I wouldn't recommend seeing it in the theater. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Black Swan was incredible, the acting just outstanding...not to mention the physical aspects of the movie. It is a very dark movie, however, so keep that in mind. I don't want to give anything away, but pay more attention than you think you ought to (you'll know what I mean afterward). This is one of those movies where me and hubby speculated a lot afterward.

Hubby and I usually wait for the DVD to come out cause neither one of us can make it thru a movie at the theater with a large lemonaide without missing one part of the movie!!
