| Husband's class reunion Hey, Y'all! I need help! My DH's 30 yr class reunion is comming up on the 27th and I don't have a clue what to wear. I hate that I'll be toting around 100 extra pounds that I didn't have 30 years ago. We'll look like "Jack Sprat and his wife" and I don't want to embarass either one of us. The party starts at 3:30 in the PM, so I assume it is "casual". Any ideas for styles? It doesn't help that I'm 5'. |

YT 1000 Club Member | Where is it going to be at? Mine was casual this year but it was at a hunting lodge, so I went very casual. You might be able to tell by where it is being help but I'm with Rachel, if you can't a tea length dress would be good.

| We did not have a 40th for my class, but one several years later that we called our 60th Birthday.....it was pretty much casual, and all of the old folks were pretty much flying high after the meal.....Some sure looked old. Marge and I felt out of place as we still look like kids. |

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | I bet people will be dressed all sorts of ways. So, I'd say - wear whatever will make you feel the most confident, the most like yourself. These days, jeans can even look very dressy when paired with a cool jacket and some fun, layered necklaces (a la Coco Chanel or the 70s draped necklace look).
