| Wayyy OT: Weight loss support groups? Ok, since I noticed we can post off topic stuff , here goes. I am currently trying to lose weight. I currently weigh around 197, I need to be at least 160 lbs. to feel good about myself, I am around 5'9; I have no motivation what so ever as to working out, etc. Can anyone tell me are there any weight loss support groups, kinda made up like yorkie talk? Where people post and stuff? Thanks! |

| I did Weight Watchers for a few months and did pretty well. I went to the actual meetings, but I hear their online version is pretty successful as well. Good luck to you in reaching your goal!!

Thor's Human Donating Member | Weight Watchers is great. There's also a website called... SparkPeople? That's about being healthy and accomplishing your goals in general. There are a lot of articles on motivation there, and I'm pretty sure there are forums.
