Donating YT 11K Club Member | Hair Extensions Does anyone use them? I recently cut my hair..like a lot lol An I miss styling it long. I just want like clip on ones that I can use for a night out and take off that same night, not like prof. ones. But I want them to look real. Can anyone recommend any and where do I get them? I've never used any before..thanks

| Do you have Sally's over there? I got the Satin Strands, it's real human hair, and they are about $80, but if you buy their Sally card $5 you get some % off, I forget how much but it's more than the $5 the card costs. The hair comes on one long weft and you cut it to the width of your head and you sew in hair ext clips. (about 3 -5 clips per strip). I use about 5 strips across the back of my head, stopping just above the ears, and then cut small pieces (just wide enough to fit on one clip) and clip those above my ears near the temples. I've had them since 2006 and they still look really good. I mostly wear them a few times a year to halloween and various costume events. You can curl them with a curling iron and they look great. No split ends on them either.

| Yeah I sewed them in myself. There are companies that have them already sewn in, but the quality of hair is not so good. And I see your hair is on the dark side, poor quality hair has split ends. Does your mom sew? Just simple needle and thread work, nothing fancy. I'll post a pic tomorrow of the satin strands in my hair. You can't barely tell. I love them.

| How long is your hair now? It's really difficult to blend hair extensions if your hair is in any sort of a blunt cut, or if it's very short.
