| Has anyone had their teeth whiten? What do you think about it? Did you use the laser or teeth molds / tray?

| I did the teeth molds with the gel worn at night......It was great.....That was at least eight years ago, I believe I paid about $300..... I always do the touch ups myself since I have the molds. I do about two days of touch every six months or so depending on if I'm feeling dull.....I use Nite White for the touch ups......The dentist is always saying how white they are... I say go for it, you'll love it!

| Do any of the over-the-counter strips really work??? I've always wondered that. Just don't want to throw my money away just to find out.

| They KILLED my teeth. total waste of money for me, but I guess it is different for every person. I just wouldn't use it if you had sensitive teeth.

| I tried the mold with my dentist and honestly it gave me the same results as the one I bought at the pharmacy. It will leave your teeth sensitive. If there really stain you will see a big improvement if not they will only make it like a shade lighter.

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | I've been dying to have it done, with age and coffee (mostly coffee ) teeth tend to stain, but I've had so many problems with my gums that I'm afraid to use it. I would love to read more reviews.

| I did the laser at my dentist and then they gave me molds to do with gel. Your teeth adjust to the sensitivity after awhile and the results are phenomenal! A great way to knock of age without going under the knife! |

| Try the Crest White Strips Renew or any of the newer ones...the original Crest white strips don't whiten as much. That's what I use and people always tell me that my teeth are super white. I did it for 30 min about every other night for two weeks and it lasts for months. I had good luck with them. |

| Oh....I also tried the other brands gel molds, but I was very sensitive to them....it actually hurt. The Crest worked best for me. You're not suppose to brush before hand. You can brush after and then polish off with a wash rag. |

| You should also use the sensitive toothpaste. This will help with any sensitivity you are experiencing. That's the only thing that helps me!! I have really sensitive teeth.

| Wow, great info...thanks! I actually had the molds done on Monday, and it cost me about $350.00...glad to know the price it about the same. I've been wanting to do this for years, and decided to do it for myself, for my 50+++ birthday. The vet said that it might make my teeth sensitive, so I am using a special toothpast for that. I will pick up the mold and gel on Monday...I can't wait! I asked about the laser, but was told that the mold is actually more economical in the long run because you can purchase more gel as needed for about $35.00; you already have the tray.
