| Hidden Talents: What's Yours? There have been some very heated discussions on here in recent days, so I thought I'd take a stab at starting a thread for pure fun. What is your hidden talent? The goofier the better, something that you pride yourself on that will get you absolutely NOWHERE in life. Here are mine: * I can burp really loudly on command...can put guys to shame. (Real ladylike, I know. ) * I can juggle. * I have an uncanny ability to find 4-leaf clovers. I can honestly find dozens in a matter of 15 minutes and have 1000s of them saved that I've found over the years. Last edited by BamaFan121s; 01-11-2010 at 03:25 PM. |

| This is fun.......... I have never found a 4leafclover or a wild mushroom growing in the woods (daddy always said that I would either stomp all over them or stare at the ground waiting for them to grow)....but up here the State Stone of Michigan is the Petosky Stone (fossilized colony coral from the devonian period) and I can walk along the Lake Michigan beaches and pick them up by the handfull. When no one else can see them. I can do line splicing....like the loop woven in the end of a line. I can do one in 6 min. I can clean every drop of toothpast out of a tube.....I cut the tube open and make sure. I play the mandolin but no one knows, not even DH, i play it for me. I can't whistle.

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | I've mentioned this one here before... I can write and pick things up with my foot. I really pride myself on this LOL. It all came about because one day I watched the movie "My Left Foot" in which this paralyzed guy creates extraordinary works of art using only his left foot. So I decided to go home and try doing some stuff with my foot and there ya have it. :P I am "right footed" and my toes are quite like fingers (they don't look like fingers they're just usable like fingers). It's a little (very) weird HAHA!

YT 2000 Club Member | My 20 month old grandniece thinks I am a horse, bunny, dog, cat and that calls her on the phone. She loves it and she doesn't know it is me, she really thinks it is these animals and asks to speak to the different ones. I love it too.

| I really can communicate with animals! At least my husband really does think I have a secret way with animals. He gets so jealous because every animal we have ever had attaches itself to me! He is convinced I can communicate with them. And I can....it's called food and treats! Shhhh I would never tell him that. I kind of like him thinking I have these powers ! All kidding aside...I can get a pasture of cows, or horses I have never met to come to the fence to greet me

| Me too! My grandpa (RIP) tried to teach me as a kid and I got so lightheaded I had to lay down for a couple of minutes. My useless talent? I can poop on command, just like my Uni.

I was going to say picking things up with my foot, but that's been said.... let's see... I can revive goldfish!!!! A few years ago my mom started to keep goldfish, and by that I mean, she would ooo and aww over how cute they were and I had to do all the work. One of my neighbors saw the well kept fish tank and dropped in a fish that had been picked on by the others in his tank. He had some fleshy stuff coming out of his side, fins had been chewed up and his back was swollen. Well I nursed him back to health! He got sick 5 times after that to the point where he was floating at the top of the tank on his back and each time he would be good as new! He finally passed by choking on a rock from the tank.
