| Cheesecake Recipe? Does anyone have a cheesecake recipe? I don't have a clue how to make one but I'm planning on giving it a shot today and need a good recipe. It's just supposed to be a plain old normal cheesecake. Thanks! |

| I went through a kick of trying to find the perfect cheesecake recipe years ago and you know what conclusion I came to??? Jello No Bake Cheesecake was the best. Do they still make that?

| My favorite and the easiest to make is a no bake cheese cake also! Here's the recipe: Whip up one one 8 oz package cream cheese until softened and fluffy. Beat in one can of sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Then (being sure to measure accurately) Stir in (by hand) 1/3 cup of lemon juice and 1 tsp of vanilla. (The vanilla is really optional. Sometimes I forget and it still tastes great.) Pour into a graham cracker crust and chill. Before serving top with a can of cherry pie filling if desired. Very easy to make. I like it best just plain without the fruit topping.

| Whitney you are too Funny! What kind of cheesecake do you like.. I like a dense creamy texture... I don't like the really soft kind. So, I have always made the recipe that is usually on the back of the Philadelphia cream cheese box or just google it! I always make the New York Cheesecake
