| Think of some of his favorite meals out---and make one! I love copycat website or top secret recipe..they make recipes out of restaurant meals that are pretty tasty Grilling is always good for guys--you can google outback steak rub and get the recipe! I cut up red potatos and cook them at 400 in butter and garlic--my man loves those! |

| If you both like pork, we did this last weekend and it was amazing Butterfly a pork tenderloin, rub both sides with a mixture of chopped fresh sage, rosemary, garlic and fresh lemon zest. Roll, wrap with proscuitto, tie. Cook in saute pan with oil to lightly brown all sides then transfer to a roasting pan, surround with fresh onion and bake. Oh my was this good! We served with brussels sprouts mixed with roasted pecans. Perfect fall dinner and very flavorful! |

| I love this receipe and its soooooo easy and ohhh so tasty.... We call it chicken S*it Cube boneless chicken and spice with garlic powder , salt and pepper.. slightly brown in a fry pan. In a baking pan but your chicken, cover with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and 1 small container of sour cream...stir it up... cover with peperidge farm stuffing ( uncooked in the bag) , poor 1 can of chicken broth over the top.. let bake on 350 for 45 minutes.. serve with cranberry sauce.. Its soo good, very quick to make and awesome leftovers...

| The recipe was in Saveur mag - here is a link to it Roast Pork Loin - Saveur.com You braise it over med-high heat and roast at about 375 It was amazing. And, I had never butterflied a tenderloin before, so got to learn a new technique. Its really easy, just different than "cutting a pocket" ... you actually "flatten" the entire tenderloin and then re-roll it which results in the really cool herb-y spiral pattern in the meat when its sliced |
