| slight dizziness Two days ago I was sitting and watching tv and then got a bit dizzy- like things were moving and not straight- but it lasted like 3 seconds and then I was fine- same thing last night- might have happened once during the day- lasting maybe a second- just long enough for me to notice- and happened again today- just for a second again. Any thoughts on what this could be? I think I am eating normal- 3 meals like usual- Today I have a headache but I slept wrong on my pillow- woke up with a sore neck and I think the headache can also be attributed to the rain we are getting tonight- i get low pressure headhaches- could the dizziness also be associate with that? Mom and Dad are out of town so really no one else to ask- so i'm going to my YT family |

| Hey Marci - do you feel like you are having sinus pressure as well? Every now and then when my sinuses are acting up, I'll get some quick random dizziness as well..........

| well- the headaches i get from the low pressure system are in my sinuses and the front of my head- but i mean my sinuses aren't plugged - just that is where the pain is. I get these headaches frequently throughout the summer months but i don't "think" i have ever had dizziness- but i mean i guess it could have happened only once and so i never took note you know? maybe this is a sign of a really bad headache coming tomorrow? |

| checked my blood pressure? where? lol... i guess i thought i was too young to have blood pressure issues. I've been trying to remember to eat snacks in case my blood sugar is low- but i have been feeling fine this evening (except for my headache- wish i acutally learn to live with...) it is just these random dizzy things.. and they are just so short. |

| Ya might want to have (ok and this is not a lot of help) but whatever you take Vitamin B12 for. That can cause you to have dizziness, every so often.

| It's very likely sinuses. I get that too except it's more when I'm walking and it lasts awhile. It can happen with position change...
