| Story about 12 year old boy who was shot while commiting robbery? Does anyone know the details about this story? I heard a little about it yesterday while making dinner. And again this morning on the radio. All I know from the news yesterday,,,,, was the family of the boy was outraged that the boy was shot 4 or 5 times by the owner of the shop he was trying to rob by gun point I might add. I couldn't believe my ears! 12 years old!!! But before getting totally outraged with this family I want to know the whole story.

Banning Thread Dictator Donating Member | I searched and couldn't find it. I ran across a story about a 15-year-old being killed earlier this month in Cleveland when police entered his home at 5 in the morning to serve him with a warrant. They claimed he had a knife and shot him multiple times. But that was the first few days of September. Do you know what city?

| I found the story Ok, with all the fire coverage I have been waiting to hear a the story about the boy who who was shot while committing robbery. I found it!,,,,,, ok and yes now I can go and be upset with the family! Here is the story, I havent heard of any updates or how the boy is,,, last heard he was alive and in Critical condition,, COMPTON, Calif. -- A 12-year-old boy was shot and critically wounded by an employee of a Compton taco restaurant, according to sheriff's deputies. Deputies responded to a report of an attempted armed robbery at Flores Tacos at 1908 East Compton Boulevard at 11:18 p.m. Monday, Los Angeles County sheriff's Deputy Alba Yates said. They discovered the wounded boy, identified as William Matthews, on the floor when they arrived. Matthews had a replica handgun, authorities said. Investigators said the boy was missing from a nearby group home for at-risk children. Restaurant workers said the boy robbed the same taco stand last Wednesday and returned Monday night. Detectives said they could not yet confirm that and were working to determine whether the shooting was justified. Investigators said the boy was shot several times in the torso and at least once in the head. NBC4 spoke with the boy's family Tuesday afternoon. They said he was shot in both legs, his chest and between the eyes. "I don't get that," said Chris Matthews, the boy's brother. Here is the link,,,,, http://www.nbc4.tv/news/5024947/detail.html
