| Can't let it go!! Have you ever been so mad that you can't let it go?? That is exactly how I feel right now with a co worker. She really, really, really, piss me off..... and I cant let it go!!! i can't stand hypocrisy and she is the type that kisses you and tell you you are her best friend, but at the same time she is stabbing you on the back, but anyways, i'm not talking to her and I'm not planning on talking to her at all. I usually get mad and a few hours later i'm ok I don't hold grudges or anything like thata, but right now this bad feeling it's eating me alive!!!! what can i do? I don't want to talk to her and I don't plan on doing so. We are going to be working together but i'm only willing to talk business with her, nothing else. Is this normal? why do I feel this way?

| Be the bigger person. Have you told her the way you feel? A lot of people talk down about others because they have issues with themselves. Keep your chin up and don't let someone bring you down. I know that is easier said than done. Just my opinion

| I'll be the first to admit it. I hold grudges. Things that have happened to me years ago I still get mad about when I think of it. Good thing these people I have grudges against I haven't seen since. I am very lucky I have never ran into an ex.

| I say go old school and kick her butt! Just kidding.. I had a big blowup with a friend of mine at work. You are co-workers. You don't have to be her friend. We work along side of each other fine now... we don't talk unless it has to do with work but one thing I did do was tell her exactly how I felt and that I was finished with the friendship. I broke up with her. I think we girls have a hard time remembering that friends aren't always for life. They come in and out of our lives for a reason or a season... some just stay longer than others.

| I'm done with her! i don't want to talk to her, i don't want to see her( that part it's going to be inevitable), i'm not even going to tell her how i feel, because she knows how she made me feel. I have to work with her today again. i can see her ating like nothing happened and telling me how much she loves me( she is that type, she tells everybody how much she loves them and hugs and kisses them), but i'm done with her!

| You need to forgive but you dont need to forget. Just be professional and leave it alone. |

| Express how you feel in a professional manner, even if she does not want to hear it. Then distance yourself by not being friends but only co workers.

| She really took me to the edge yesterday, but i'm over it. I talked to her today but i kept my distance, and that is the way is going to be from now on. She noticed my change and she was hesitant to approach me 'cause she knows she messed up. Thanks ladies for your advice.

| Very Good. She was never a friend. We have lots of acquaintances in our lives but very few true friends. A friend will lay down and die for you. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | I understand. Sometimes there are just things in life that, well, rub you the wrong way. If it's bothering you to a point that you can't let it go I would tell her in the nicest way humanly possible. Maybe talking to her will actually help. Maybe it's not as bad as is seems...Oops, just read you talked to her....Don't forget, we all screw up...had a couple of people at work that thought they were the boss too...it's actually their problem you know...not something you've done...

| Just be careful with her, make it all business and if she come talking about someone etc, just change the subject and/or walk away, or even better, tell her that you don't feel comfortable talking about that

| A few years ago, I was manager of a dept in our local authority, a young lad came up to me one day and said so and so is saying this and that about you, obviously trying to stir up some trouble. I replied to him, " that's great" He asked why I replied " well if he is talking about me he is leaving other people alone" I took great pleasure in carrying on normally, knowing that my comment would have got up the skin of the offender. |
