| Anyone else having EBAY problems?? I have been buying and selling on EBAY for many years. In the past 3 months, I have had to file 3 claims for non delivery. I always check feedback and have never had so many problems before. I wonder if it is because the economy is bad? I never get any response from the seller explaining why they didn't ship my item or anyone claiming they did ship it, I just end up with a refund from paypal. Be careful about paying any other method than paypal.

| I think that's exactly it, the bad economy. People are looking for more ways to scam people. Good thing you got refunded from paypal, b/c paypal does not always protect you. Your refund depends on whether or not the seller has anything in their account. It's also safer if you back up your paypal account with a credit card instead of just a bank account.

YT Addict | I have been ordering like crazy off ebay in the last 2 weeks, my husband thought I had gone crazy when he opened the mail boxes, the packages was jumping out at him!! LOL I have had no problems. I have been school shopping for my little girl. She is 7, and we have got some great buys and so cute. I order gap jeans for her (all from the same seller) I got 6 pair of Gap jeans that look new for what 1 1/2 pairs would have cost in the store. I did good!!! I love ebay, I am sorry you have had problems. |

| On another note So many people are scamming with the economy as it is. In January I got ripped off for £18,000 from one of my contracts, my accountant recovered half of it only to skip the country with my money and no doubt many other clients funds. I contacted the chartered institute of accountants and was informed that I have to find him and proceed with a county court claim against him. So much for the regulatory authorities. I am now in a position of struggling to pay my bills, I am just managing to hold my head above water, but the last few months have been difficult. |
