| My son has it and his primary just prescribed this new shampoo and lotion. "Ketoconazole Shampoo 2%" is the name of the shampoo. It is really doing a great job. The topical lotion is called Fluocinolone Acetonide Topical Solution USP, O.O1%; however, he has not tried it yet because the shampoo has been working so well. Hope this helps. |

| My hubby has it and he uses the Tea Tree Oil Shampoo, Treatment and Conditioner from Paul Mitchell. It literally made it all go away.

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | Yup! I used to have it and it caused horrible dandruff - I got that stuff ^^ and now it's gone 100%! Good luck to her. I know when I had dandruff I wanted to cut my head off every time I tried to do my hair haha.

| I feel her pain...I've developed this same problem. It is horrible!!! I never had any kind of problem till I use Natural Instincts hair dye. I must have had a reaction to it this last time. I've had a severe problem for the last 2 months. I can't afford to go the the dr. so I've been trying to deal with it using home remedies that don't work. So, I'll be watching to see what else people come up with. |

Donating YT 1000 Club Member | Your Dr. will know. There are medications you can take by injection. My husband has systemic psoriasis. Right now he is covered 60% of his body. He describes it as a third degree burn multiplied by 100. He has had it for 16 years and nothing has worked. He is his Dr's worse case, so he does all the test studies. It is heartbreaking to see him in so much pain. I would see a professional about treatments. |

| I wish I could go see a dr. We are self employed and have a 5000.00 deductable and pay out over 700 a month for insurance. I would like to have some other options to try before I do have to go in. |

| My son, husband and my daughters best freind all have it. They all use Nuetragena Tgel Shampoo and Conditioner. women's Neutrogena® T/Gel® Shampoo Extra Strength - Neutrogena It looks like you can get a $2 off coupon on the site too! It worked best when you use the conditioner along with the shampoo. My daughter's friend had tried all the RX for hers and the only thing that worked was the Tgel.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | My husband has it really bad now for 13 years, he found for his scalp the Head and Shoulders shampoo helps. Nothing has helped his psoriasis on the rest of him. It is a terrible disease.

| I am sharing this on behalf of a friend who got rid of it by removing dairy from his diet. I don't know if it was the hormones in the cows take that causes skin to over develop, which cause the psoriasis flakes and all. But he claims that trying this seriously worked. Also try cucumin/turmeric supplements. They really help as well. And Omega 3 foods do wonders for the skin. Avocados, fish, pomegranate. I also suggest that your SIL should try the herbal anti-psoriasis cream/spray combo from Champori.com for her scalp and face: it works better than anything else for the scalp psoriasis and it is a good moisturizer as well. Try it: it comes with money back guarantee, so if it doesn't work - it's free. Best of Luck
