Unlove America Attacked 9/11 *Graphic*

America Attacked 9/11

An Incredible Tribute Video to all of the people working at "Ground Hero". It is a slideshow of pictures and events of that day, including some images that some may find disturbing.

Note: for those with a dialup connection, please allow time for the page to load... it is well worth the wait!!

VIDEO

It is long. Please share with others.

NEVER FORGET!!!

Do you remember where you were, what you were doing?
I will never forget what I was doing, seems like yesterday.

GOD SPEED!

I sure do remember what I was doing that day....I think everyone will always remember the exact moment we knew...

I still have a hard time watching like many other people do...I watched it out of respect for those lost...but want to warn people that it IS very hard to watch ...it IS graphic.

Thank you for posting this

i remember, perfectly. i was only in 3rd grade, but if there's one thing i'll never forget thats it! some parents were coming to take their kids home, i didn't know why. when we got home, my parents told me what happened. i was devestated. i was watching it on TV, it was so sad. i'm never going to forget the way i felt. our country has been through a lot, but it seems everytime something happens, we become stronger.

Love Blessings from unlikely places...

Thank you so much for this. I've seen many things on 911..but..this is new and very well done~

I was living in PA at that time. My husband was going to the Army War College...protesters came from all over...surrounding the army post we lived at- We were 45 miles from that PA field that plane went down in...
Thoughts were on this post at one point being a target like the white house..

The College that my husband attended that year was the US Army War College..."Not to promote War..but to Preserve Peace"~

Last year...I met Kim Stekafukis...her husband lost his life on 89th floor tower 2. http://www.ithaca.edu/icq/2001v4/ref...tatkevicus.htm She is one of the founders of "September Smiles". A widows organization that outreaches to our military families that outreach to our families here that have lost loved ones in Afgahanistan and Iraq...

I also met LTC Byrdwell....he wrote the book "Refined by Fire". He was trapped inside the Pentagon http://www.facethefire.org/
Wonderful man...and took care of our burned soldiers from Iraq last summer...send them money from his ministry....

We also have a triple amputee soldier...who plans to use his life to outreach other amputee's...Going through another surgery this past weekend...but his spirit would make you proud...

None of us will never be the same ....and we will never forget..
We just can't allow that to happen...

Thank you...it brings tears to my eyes but even more sooo because I was too be headed into the city and would've been waiting for my train at the world trade center..funny thing is my alarm didn't go off and I woke up late...my mother who worked at 1 liberty plaza across the street was headed to the atm in the owrld trade center as she saw the plane apporach the first tower...she along with all the poepl on the street watched in terror as the plane hit..she still lives with the images of peopel jumping to their deaths, running for her life through the crowds...walking along the brooklyn bridge...not knowing what happened..I grabbed my brother from school..and waited to see what was going on..cell phones didn't work and all I could do was wait at my mother's house to see if she came home, she got home that night..she walked in the door..took her clothed off (dirty with soot, and ash)..walked to the mail box and stuffed them in there..she then went in the shower and cried for the next days!!! To this day she still WON'T work on 9/11 and it has effected her tot he point that she no longer works in the city..she went from making alot of money as an equity trader to working for NJ transit...because she can't handle the memories..so for everyone who lost someone I send my condolences...and those who lived through it my prayers are always with you!!

Oh my goodness what a moving story. I probably would have reacted somewhat like
your Mother, it's really hard to get those pictures out of your mind. To me in some
ways it seems like a life time ago and in other ways yesterday. We should never ever
forget that day.

Thanks for sharing the video! I will never forget as long as I live where I was and what I was doing that morning. I don't think a day has gone by since then that I haven't remembered ... I think we all should!
