| Slamming Sales People!! Today I read on here that someone was saying bad things about a particular seller to the rest of the people on this board. I cant tell you how disappointed I was to read such a thing on here. I have only been a member of this board for a short time and honestly never heard a negitive thing about GoFETCH, infact most people say what wonderful things she has, they rave about her PJ's her service, how cute her items are but more importantly her customer service. I think it is so rude to slam a sales person and not explain the whole story, I used to be a mod on an American Girl Website and it is something we never allowed!! To a newbee on here they could read that and never order or form an uneducated opionon , I think before people post negivite things they need to take every step possble to resolve the matter via email or PM's. This is someones business and more importantly in these economic time thier lively hood. It really hurt me to see such an aweful post and I really think it was very inconsiderate!! JMHO |

| Sorry I missed the thread, but I agree with you. If you have a problem and it's with a person's business you should pm them and not let the whole forum know, it is rude. |

| What?!?! I'm totally surprised that anyone would complain about go.fetch. I love Des clothing items, she does quality work. On top of that, she is such a sweet person.

| I agree. I've been here a year and I couldn't believe that someone would come on here and publicly bash a YT vendor. I haven't bought from GoFetch but I love her things and if I can ever get Bailey to wear clothes, she will get my business.

| I think two recent reviews were definitely unwaranted - gofetch and sassypup. I haven't personally bought anything from sassypup yet but haven't ever heard any negatives, and with gofetch I've met DES in person and have bought many things from her and her customer service and products are excellent! I don't think the sellers made mistakes in the above reviews - sounded like the buyers did or didn't read how long it would take to ship out in sassypups case. However sellers are human and not perfect so it's possible they could make a mistake which might be frustrating for the buyer, but a good seller will do what they can to make it right in a timely manner which I know DES would. Now with that said I would never want to take our right to post reviews here away. There have been some vendors here who ended up scamming people and it's always good to hear others experiences. People need to always give the seller a chance to make it right first and think carefully before the write a negative review.

| I have personally myself purchased from Des, and she was fantastic! I recommend her to everyone that complements on Lily's PJ's and definitely look forward to purchasing from her more in the future.. I really don't understand why someone would say things about a seller in a post for everyone to see instead of just definitely or pm'ing the seller.

| Gosh...it's hard to make all the people happy all the time...and it seems like GoFetch and Sassypup both have incredible reputations for customer service. I applaud their diligence to "make it right".

| I also saw those threads. I'm shocked that anyone would complain about Go Fetch or Sassypup. I have never seen any bad reviews of either seller. I bought my first item from Des/Go Fetch not too long after I became a member here. Since then I have purchase many items from her and have never had any problems. Her customer service is excellent as are her products. She is very easy to work with and always responds to PMs in a timely manner. I know Des works hard to provide the best customer service, as I'm sure Sassypup does also.

Administrator | We at YorkieTalk have always believed in allowing members to post reviews, positive or negative of any product seller or breeder or vet. We also do allow product sellers, breeders, or vets to respond to any complaints or problems as well. Members are encouraged to try to work out any differences they may have with another member or seller via PM or email first if possible. There have been times in the past where a popular and "good" seller has stopped being a "good" seller, and it is important that we allow members of our community to notify one another when such an occurrence happens. That is why we allow reviews and we allow sellers to respond. There have also been times when sellers have not responded to complaints from buyers, but a public thread has helped resolve the complaint. |
