| Why is apple cider vinegar SO gross? I have taken a break from my daily ACV regimine because it got to the point where I was litterally trying not to heave every time I take it. Is there any way to make it taste better? I mix it in water and mix raw organic honey in it, and it is just still sooooo icky. I really want to take it daily, but there are just times where I simply cannot choke it down, and I do not want to take the capsules because I take Braggs organic raw unfiltered ACV and its just so much healthier. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

| You know, I haven't even tried that. Just figured it would ick up my juice. I will give it a whirl. Thanks

| I squirt in a lemon and with added honey in a hot water mix, I think it tastes great! Maybe it's the portion of water to ACV, or it's just me and I like weird things. But mixing it with juice is an idea I've never tried. |

| Some studies have shown it to help dissolve gall and kidney stones, which makes sense since they are made up of calcium most of the time, and vinegar disolves calcium deposits. It also is great for your skin and digestive system. Its pretty much good for everything. It is also very important to use a raw organic and non-filtered ACV like Braggs or something similar. The pasturized and filtered stuff in the grocery store doesn't work nearly as well as the real stuff. | Oh and you know what? I never measure my ACV, I just guess when I dump it in my glass. I actually measured it out yesterday, and I was guesstimating WAY too much! It is much easier to take when it's only about 1/3 of what I was pouring, lol. I would have just thrown that in my last post, but when I went to edit, it had been more than 5 minutes

| Yeah you should see my 21 month old's face when I drink it! She squints her eyes and quivers because she can smell it and knows how gross it is!

| Guess I am a bit off because I like the taste...not that I would drink it everyday if it wasn't so good for you but I don't mind the taste. I put my Bragg's in a lot of things...salad dressings, to make homemade pickles...and it is good to put in boiled cabbage to reduce the gas factor...
