| Breast Cancer Fundraiser Idea - need feedback! Hey everyone! I need some feedback from my yt buddies! I am planning on doing a fundraiser for breast cancer . I plan to take part in the "CIBC Run for the Cure" on October 4th of this year, so my plan is to sell pink ribbon items in order to meet my goal. My first goal is to raise $500.00 for Breast Cancer research. I would be selling items such as the pink silicone bracelets, pins, pink ribbon bracelets, tote bags, bears, bookmarks, mints, pencils, pens, notepads, etc.!! The items would all be priced from $2-$15. I will be donating the ENTIRE profits of the items to Breast Cancer research. Do you think this is a good idea? Do you have any suggestions, comments, feedback? I will sell the items by starting a group on facebook and selling locally, as well as shipping the items out to those who are not local. Thank you for your help! |

| Try garage sale. I friend of mine had garage sale, to collect funds for a friend of her DH who is having cancer. She sent and email to friends asking them to donate items that were not being used. Anyway we had that garage sale 1 satruday from 7am - 2pm and made $1300 from the garage sale. |
