| Silly Question: Can you BBQ in winter? I have been craving a grilled steak soooo bad! But will a charcoal grill work in 35 degree weather? I've got these pretty ribeyes in the freezer and they would be oh so good on the grill.

| We grill out all winter long. Instead of standing in front of the grill I watch it through the glass door, run outside and turn the steaks and run back in. I'll even grill in a snow storm.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | After living in California most of my life, I was use to grilling everything. I moved to Michigan, but that didn't stop me from grilling, it's no fun waiting outside though. Obviously, just cook with the cover down, and if it's a hot grill it should work just fine. The 60-degree temperature difference between summer and winter is nothing for a grill. Now, I'm living in Arizona, and we hardly have to preheat the grill in the summer!

| We grill in the winter too. However Hubby has some grilling rules: "I will grill in the dark and I will grill in the cold - but I WILL NOT grill in the dark & cold!" LOL - gotta love him!!

| We've grilled in the winter. We even grilled our turkey one year for Thanksgiving. I missed the smell in the house though. I really enjoy it because hubby does the cooking then!

| We grill year round here as well. Already grilled several times since the first of the year. One reason I like to grill so well is that my husband does the cookng then. We just grilled ribeye steaks last week. They sure were good. I hope your steaks were good.

| Thanks everyone. Yes, the steaks were wonderful. I can't wait for summer when I can sit outside by the grill with my iced tea.
