| PayPal Issue I don't usually use Paypal and never had this issue before. I am the buyer, NOT the seller. If anyone here has had this problem, I would appreciate some feedback. This situation DOES NOT involve a YT member. So...I bought an item on the 16th Feb and the seller sent it out and it is supposed to arrive on the 19th Feb but it didn't. She gave me a tracking number and I checked it and it says it is dropped off in the post office period. There was no extra information nothing. I called canadapost and they couldn't give me a clear answer as to where the parcel is and I called 3 times, 3 different reps told me different stories and they couldn't even tell me if it is because the seller wrote the wrong address because they could only see the postal code and not the street address duh? And they cannot even locate the parcel, and asked me to check online status because what we can see is what they can see. So I have been corresponding with the seller as well...and the seller can only fill up a investigation claim form on the 20th evening and she did and now we'd have to wait till 23rd (Monday) to see what canadapost do. My question is, what do I do about Paypal right now? Do I need to open a dispute or just leave it be? I correspond with the seller through emails. How would I know if the seller is going to get the return parcel or if it is actually lost and canadapost reps wouldn't be able to give me a clear answer if I ask? Seller said she will mail me the parcel again assuming it is returned to her but what if it is lost? Do I still get my payment back? Please help. Thank you in advance.

| Just to add, the investigation form filled in by sender is for canadapost to start an investigation or to try to locate the parcel.
