| I was with Geico for 23 years. I just switched this year, cuz we moved & got new homeowners insurance and the company gave us a discount if we put our car with them too...& gave us more coverage as well. So I dropped Geico. They were fine. No complaints. I'd only been in two accidents those whole 23 years, one my fault where I broke someones taillight out by backing into them. The other not my fault where someone pulled in front of me and I broadsided them crunching up my hood. In either case Geico paid real quick, no problems. When I first signed up with Geico 23 years ago they didn't have all these silly commercials they have now, they used to be more of a "quiet company" and only insured good drivers. |

| Oh wait... duh, I guess if that 2nd accident wasn't my fault Geico wasn't the one that paid, the other persons insurance was. LOL!! See what I know! rofl.. So then I just had Geico pay for that one accident to pay for that other persons taillight. (blush). |

| Our quote shows that we'll save money, that's no question. I'm more concerned about the actual service itself than the money though. I've been with my current ins agent (Farmers) for 16 years now and know them all by name, have never had any issues with them the few times I've had something happen, so I'm a bit wary about swapping. I guess concerned that Geico is going to completely blow and I'm going to get screwed. |

| We switched about a year ago and saved quite a bit, but I can't tell you about the service really since we haven't had any issues. **Knock on wood!**

| I didn't go with Geico a few years back because I became so frustrated with them on a customer service call that it left a bad taste in my mouth, plus they weren't offering me a savings. I don't even remember the issue now, but I just remember getting off the phone and saying forget it!

| I don't have geico - but I was hit by a car that was insured by geico and it was a great experience working with them. In fact, I was very impressed because the car that hit us was being driven by a person (not the car owner) who got out and ran away from the scene, I think because he was an illegal alien. I was worried that Geico would not pay but they did and were so fast and easy to work with.

| We have had Geico for a lot of years [can't remember how many]. They have always given us good service and given the best rate for us. Of course, the good rate could be because they insure 6 vehicles for us and we have excellent driving records!
