I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Going to see Marley and Me in about an hour! Well....I am going to see it Several of us are going and I'm sure that we will ALL be crying our eyes out at the end I am bringing gobs and gobs of Kleenex with me. One person that we are going with used to have a Yellow Lab that looked EXACTLY like Marley...and he (their Yellow Lab) passed away...so I know this is going to be extremely hard for them to watch Please say a prayer for all of us that we don't end up losing it in the theatre LOL. I am extremely emotional and sensitive with sad movies...especially when there is any animal in it that gets sick and/or dies

| Oh, you are sooooo brave! I hear it's a good movie...but a real tear jearker. I wouldn't read the book and I won't see the movie. I don't think my heart could take it. Anyway, have a great time, enjoy the funny parts, and give Steddy and Tatum extra hugs when you get home!!!

| I hope you like the movie. The ending is sad but the vast majority of the movie is a comedy.

Furbutts = LOVE Donating Member Moderator | Oh, I hope you like it ! I soooo want to see this movie, but am hesitant bc everyone is saying it's so sad. I mean, I like sad movies - but I have a tough time with sad animal movies. You'll have to update us when you return!

Donating YT 30K Club Member | It really is a good movie, but sad at the end. Don't worry everyone was crying, even the men!

| I saw it and loved it! I was crying so hard, I had to fight from making the sobbing noise! It had alot of great laughs as well, so heartwarming! I just couldn't wait to come home and see the girls after it was over!

| I saw it today and cried like a baby. It made me think about Amy and Samantha and all of their antics over the years. They were my "kids" for 15 wonderful years and both passed away 6 days apart in 2000. I dont think that there has been a day that I have not thought of them. Hope you enjoy the movie!

| I loved the book. I cant wait to see the movie. It is a sad ending but Im sure the whole first part is hilarious. I laughed and cried through the whole book. Sadly this is part of being a dog lover. Their time with us is always to short.

| I agree, Patti! The vast majority is very funny...the ending is obviously very sad, but yes, all the men were crying too (including my bf), and I don't blame them! It was sad.... |

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Oh trust me....they got just about squeezed to death when I came home LOL. My goodness...WHAT A CRY YOUR EYES OUT kind of a movie!! I almost thought I was going to have to get up and walk out of the theatre because I didn't think I was going to be able to stop myself from sobbing so loudly EVERYONE was crying - EVERYONE. Even my hubby cried and something has to be REALLY sad for him not to be able to hold in his tears - so that says alot

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | You're absolutely right. The rest of the movie was so funny (except the part where she went to the doctor the first time - I won't say what happened during that part so that I don't give it away for the people who haven't seen it yet - but THAT made my cry, cry, cry...) At toward the end, well...I just totally lost it
