I am trying to figure out about the prepaid cell phone and internet.. my parents don't have internet.. So I just want to hear about anyone's experience there...

| My parents are from Shikoku Island.. and it seems that there is only one internet cafe in town... that I can find online... I also read a lot of threads about challenges in finding wi-fi. Since I am not staying at the hotel... I am feeling the challenges in connecting to Internet... I will be there about 3-4 weeks.

| Thanks... For cell phone.. I guess I could get a prepaid phone at Lawson (the convinience store) but I have no Japanese ID.. well I have a Japanese passport.. I guess that should do it... I will definitely need a cell.. too. So much to think about.
