| I'm confused! Hi guys, I am beginning to get rather disheartened and disenchanted with something on the site and dont know what to do about it so thought I'd write this and ask for help. I have been trying to upload photos and backgrounds into my albums on my page for ages now (a few weeks) but with no success and I cant seem to figure it out. It always tells me my pictures are too big to upload no matter how teeny I make them in photoshop. ARGH! This is driving me NUTS! Any suggestions? Jess |

| I got free software out there - pixresizer it's called. You need to resize your photos - they are too large. I think they can't be any bigger than 400 or 450. The software is really easy and it just resizes your photos and then you'll be able to post. Hope that makes sense! Good luck! |

Senior Yorkie Talker | Try photoscape and also delete other pictures from your album to make more space.I also had that problem and as soon as I deleted old stuff it allowed me to upload.Hope this helps

| Thanks guys, I have tried creating a new album for the photos I cant seem to upload so I dont think it's that I haven't got enough space in the folder. I am also making them like 100x100 so it's not that they're too big. I just dont get it! No matter how small I make them it says they are too big. Some of them have uploaded but most not. Jess |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | Hmmm usually it's because they are too big but `100 x100 should be fine. I resize using Pixresizer to 600 x 450 and it always works.
