Mom to Marty & Maddie Donating Member | I've been productive! WOOHOO! I feel so productive today! I turned in a take home test for my Marriage & Family class this morning. Then I went to a study group for Research. Then I went to see a former English professor to have her look over my autobiographical statement for grad school. She was on her way to class, but we scheduled time tomorrow morning to do it. Then I went to my former work place to ask if my boss would write my final letter of recommendation for me, which she happily and enthusiastically agreed to do. I get to pick it up tomorrow morning before my meeting with the English professor. Now I'm taking a short break before I go over my application packet and materials one more time to make sure everything is in order. Then I'll go to Political Life class. I like days where I am busy, but get a lot of important stuff done! I really, really, really, REALLY hope I get into grad school. Marty, Madeline, and the kittens are hoping I get in too. When I'm in school, I get to spend more time at home than if I were working a regular job. |

| I agree with you, it feels so great when I can cross all the important things off of my to do list! How'd your meeting with the English professor go? Good luck on grad school! I know how stressful it can be.

Mom to Marty & Maddie Donating Member | The meeting went really well. She only had two minor corrections and said that it was a very impressive essay. Hopefully, the admissions committee will agree! I'm probably going to turn everything in today and I'm SO nervous! |
