| Having a hard night so far.... Well my mother and I rarely talk.... except when we have to & or for family matters....well it seemd that my brother is going off to boot camp (he joined the marines) on the 16th of September....she just had emergency surgery for kidney stones last week, my grandmother (her mother) had a car accident with her Parkinson stricken husband and rolled over and totaled the car..she had a sprained wrist and the jaws of life had to get him out....and my aunt with 3 kids under the age of 9 has malignant brain cancer....they were unable to remove all of it and she is undergoing chemo therapy...she will not be able to beat it according to doctors (her husband is a surgeon). Her family from Columbia has flown in and it looks like I wil be visiting her in Florida next week as well, I will then be going to see my toher dying grandmother All of this I learned in the last hour...and I'm sorry to depress everyone...

| Oh my, I'm so, so sorry about all of your family's problems. I wish I could do something to make it better. I'll be thinking of you and sending positive thoughts and prayer your way. Here's a little joke to cheer you up (from my 5-year-old): Why can't you tell an egg a joke? ----Because it will crack up!!

| Oh, how very sad. That's a lot of bad news to take all at once. I feel especially sorry for your Aunt and her children. Everyone should be able to live long enough to see their kids grow up. Life can be difficult at times, I know. On a lighter note, I checked out Maximus' dogster page and I must say "he is a cutie!" There's nothing like a dog to cuddle and "talk" with when your sad.

| I am so sorry to hear this. I went through something like this about 2 years ago. It was very hard to deal with. I was emotionally tired. I couldn't eat and it was hard to sleep. I had to keep it together not only for me but for my kids and family. Please take care of yourself and I will pray for you and your family. If you ever need to just let it all out feel free to PM anytime. I am a very good listener.

| I'm so sorry you are going through such a terrible time. Any one of those situations is hard to handle, never mind all at once. Don't give up hope on your aunt, my mom had brain cancer and much more that I won't go into to but the doctors told us she had a week to live and she survived over 17 years. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
