Luvs Lulu Donating Member | I am good but I never saw that message. Go to the camera makers website and check their trouble shooting section. Your software might need updating.

Donating YT 10K Club Member | Are you using specific photo software that came with your camera? If so the error is within the software itself not your computer or camera. You can try contacting their tech support to find a solution. Or delete the software and reload it....or delete it entirely and just use windows picture manager for your photos.

I ♥ Joey & Ralphie! Donating Member | Until you fix you photo software there is anther way to do it. Just go to "My computer" and click opens the "disk" with the pictures on it. You can copy and paste these to another folder. My computer shows the camera card as "removable disk g", yours might show it as something else, but just open each of these, until you find the pictures. I think you can also use different software than what originally came with your camera, I like adobe, but sometimes I just get the photos manually.

| I have had good success with googling error messages. Lots of help abounds that way. I have not seen this particular error.

No Longer a Member | If you still cant get them from my computer, Go to Walmart and buy a USB Camera card reader. Get one that will read all size cards. Just plug it into USB on computer and they will show up in My computer. It's actually the easiest way to get pictures from digital cameras. You dont have to fool with any cords or software. |
