| Need Help-Leafs? Ok, here's the deal. My daughter, who's in the fourth grade has a leaf project that is due in 10 days. She has to find 1 leaf from each of the following trees: Maple, Birch, Ash, Elm, Sycamore, and Oak. We have found all but a leave from the Birch Tree. I looked online and seen that these trees are basically all up north from where we live in Indiana(why the teacher did not check this in the first place who knows) But anyways, i was wondering if anyone has or knows someone who has this type of tree and could mail me a couple of leafs. I will send back a stamp for the postage and trouble. I am also including a couple pics of this tree and leaf, just in case. These trees are known for their white trunks. Also she has to find 6 more leafs from 6 different trees other than the ones listed above. We have found a Black Walnut and a Basswood, so we need 4 more. It can be from any kind of tree, if you can just put a slip of paper in front of each leaf the envelope, so we can tell what it is. Like i said , i know this sounds like a crzy request for help, but the poor thing has been worring because we can't find the tree and others. Thanks in advance!

No Longer a Member | Hi there. I'm not any help with sending leaves but I do have an idea . Go to your nearest store with a garden center. I now our home improvement stores and walmarts have garden centers. Go to the tree section, they are labeled...should find everything you need. Just start pickin'. I know, I amaze myself sometime . |

| I would go to a tree nursery. Our small town nursery has like 20 types of trees. I live in central ill and we have a few birch around here that grow.
