Donating YT 10K Club Member | Brushing the skin with butter should make the skin crunchy. Want an easy recipe...with delicous skin? Take about a cup of parmansean cheese...and a little less of bread crumbs. Moisten the chicken and rolled in the mixture above...bake 350 for 1 hour. Yummmm...and the worse part for ya...is the best...the skin.

| When I cook my chicken, i always coat it in eggs, then some flour mixed with some seasonings, then egg again, and another dip in the flour, I usually have good results with the double dipping, and i only fill my pan with oil to where it is covering 1/2 of the chicken, and turn it a couple times. Hope this helps, if you cant think of anything else.
