| What's your favorite fall recipe? Im looking for a good recipe for ginger snaps. The ones online I've found just don't taste right. Anyone have a tried and true recipe? I will share one of my favorites: No Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake I use a large springform pan because it looks so pretty on a glass plate. You can half the recipe for a smaller pie. Of course, mix your graham crust and put it at the bottom only first. Then mix together: 2 boxes cream cheese 1 container cool whip 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp vanilla You also need: 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice Pecans Liquid caramel topping in a bottle Also buy a can of pureed pumpkin (you will only use a little so save the rest for pies) Take about 1/4 of the mix into a small bowl and mix some pumpkin puree in until you get a nice light orange color, not too much or it will taste too much like raw pumpkin. You only need some for the flavor and color. Then mix in your spice. Take the rest of your plain mix and put in in your pan on top of the crumbs. Then, put your pumpkin cheesecake mix on top so you have a second layer. Chill for at least 2-3 hours. (If using a spring form this is the time to put it on your plate) Then place pecans on top in a decorative way and use the caramel bottle to drizzle it on top. My family LOVED it.

| Apple Pie! Thats easy though! I have a complicated and time consuming recipe at home for a pumpkin & pea turkey pot pie. Its to die for delish! I make it once a year, about 4 of them (since its so much work) and just freeze them... everyone LOVES it!
