| lymes disease If you were bitten by a tick that could be a lymes carrier, what would the bite look like if you had been infected?

Go here: tick bites + lymes disease - Google Image Search Lots and lots of images for you. I hope this doesn't show something that resembles your bite. | |

| My husband had a large rash around the bite. It slowly kept getting larger and it itched. He had to take Doxycillin for 30 days because he had it. he has to go back in a few months to have blood drawn.

| Well so far it looks like just a red pen mark so it's probably nothing... I hope. This is the last thing I need...

Donating YT 7000 Club Member | From what I've heard, it makes a target kind of thing. I sincerely hope that that's not what you have. Big hugs to you. You might want to goto the dr. to get it checked out (and if you saved the tick, take him with you). But if it just looks like a red pen mark, then it probably is just a skin irritation from the bite.
