| Turn off the friggin WATER!!! : ( I have sobbed since my feet hit the floor today. WTF!? NO REASON - I cant even think of anything I would cry about. Its simply happening. Help me find my mind - I have obviously lost it. This ever happen to you? I would also like to note - I DONT CRY - not a crier at all. I get mad instead of sad or hurt - defense mechanism. Ever happened to you? This is weird and I DONT LIKE IT. |

| I hear ya, Im not a crier either, I get mad instead. But sometimes a nice cry is just what the body needs. Soooo instead of fighting it, go into a room and let it out. You'll probably be done in less than 20 mins and feel sooooo much better.

| That Sounds Like A Great Idea! I Also Like To Do Something Nice For Someone Else When I Cry! It Just Makes Me Feel Better Even If I Don't Know Why I Am Crying For!

| I hope you feel better soon. There's nothing worse than feeling like that and not knowing why your feeling that way. Let's blame it on Hormones. Really, that's probably it. ( Although we won't ever......tell men that. )

| So did you shower and cry it out?? Bet you feel better! I bet its just hormones... that happens sometimes to all us women! I live alone with my 2 boys (my yorkies) and I have tons of friends and Im always out and about and doing things. Every once in awhile I have a night alone with nothing to do and if Im PMSing.... whoa watch out! I'll cry and cry and cry... the only reason is that Im lonely that night. LOL Its soo silly but man do I feel better when I get it out! Then I find something to do, have some ice cream and Im happy and fine again! LOL Such a girl sometimes!

Senior Yorkie Talker | This may sound really "out there" but check on your loved ones. That happened to me once for no obvious reason I could think of and it turned out that there was family trouble, someone I loved had been injured. Not trying to scare you or anything..just call, you'll feel better either way

| I am the biggest baby, I cry at everything. But do check on family and friends. Then when you know everything is ok, have a good cry and eat some chocolate. You'll feel sooooooo much better...

| Time to go the the Dr. and have a blood test. Test for the hormone level and I can bet you will need HTR. As for crying moms, I just wish I had my mom back even though she didn't raise me, I'd still like to call her once in awhile.

| I am mid 30's and two of my Aunts went through 'early menapause' (dont know how to spell it). They were in their low 40's when they started. Heck - BRING IT ON! Id love to get 'the change' over and done with and enjoy the rest of my life! I have four sons - no need for any more babies so hey - bye bye Tampax! Woop Woop! Thanks for sitting with me and making me feel better. Im fine today but my heart was SO HEAVY yesterday. |
