| My baby's first day of school Hi guys! I am so proud of my little girl! Aug 10th was her first day of school. She is now a big girl in kindergarten. Here are some pics. I can hardly believe has fast she's grown. She had her Dora the Explorer backpack with a matching lunchkit tucked inside. She was happy to go. Her teacher, Ms. Potter is in one photo. She called me at home later that night to say that Lauren was very sweet and well mannered.

| She is such a cutie! The best part about the little ones is they don't want to take off their bookbags!

| Awe look at the big girl. Now I want to know how mom handled it. I was so emotional on my Val's first day of school. I have 2 older ones but it was really hard for me with her. she is my last, no more babies for me. And in knowing that I wanted to hold on to her as long as possible. It was just me and her,,, Mommy's girl BIG time!!! And what hurt me the most is she really liked going to school and didn't want to stay home with mommy anymore. Even on the weekends she would ask,,,,, why can't I go to school today? Congrats,,,,, she is beautiful!

| She is so cute! It looks like she was really excited about her first day. It seems like she has a great teacher as well. My little girl will start kindegarten on Monday and it is bittersweet feeling for me. I can't help but be excited with her, but am kinda sad to see her grow up so fast. By the way, my little one wanted a Dora the Explorer backpack as well, but they were all sold out at Target and Wal-Mart, so we finally settled on Disney Princesses because I didn't want to drive all over town trying to find one.

| Oh she looks so pretty. I will be in your shoes in a week my son starts Kindergarden on the 22. I am excited for him but then agian I am so sad my little boy is growing up. But its also nice cause now I can go out and get a job that I like while he goes to school for the day. I have been a stay at home mom since he was born watching kids for a little extra money but let me tell you I am so ready for a job that I will acutally be able to have adult conversations. But I am gonna cry I know it I will miss him but I know he will love it and loves to be around other children so I am happy he cant wait to start school in a week. The only problem I am having is finding him a Dash (incredibles) backpack anyone seen a good one?

| She looks so cute! They love their backpacks, don't they. I hope she had a great first day! My son started first grade this year, I was as sad about it as when he started kindergarten. He is just growing too fast. Especially this year, when he wants spiked hair and camouflage and he's at school so long this year, I miss him, where did my little baby go? He still holds my hand and wants to kiss me goodbye, so I'll hang on to that atleast, second grade might change that. |

| She is beautiful! They sure do grow up fast. I don;t even remember when mine were in Kindergarten, but I do remember it was very emotional.
