| Who wants to get fit? So finally after years of saying I need to get in shape I finally took the plunge a little over a month ago. Its been so great, I feel great, and I'm improving all the time. My girlfriend and I try to go six times a week to the gym. Yesterday I finally picked up my new treadmill for times I can't get to the gym. It's amazing what a little gym time can do to your self esteem!! I was never overweight but was just really out of shape. I still have a long way to go to reach my goals but when I started I could only do about 20 crunches at one time and now I can do 100!! This is to tell anyone who hasn't made the leap yet to get healthy to go ahead and do it!!! Its totally worth it. and two LOL pictures for you!

Congratulations!! I agree with you...it is totally worth it. I took the plunge 2 weeks ago and I am down 6 pounds. I am far from my goal weight, but I feel great, both physically and mentally.

| Thanks for the motivation - I really need to get my butt in gear. I walk and jog relatively frequently, but still feel *soft*. I want to start going to the gym and doing some lifting to firm up some - unfortunately an aerobics only plan just doesn't cut it for me. You look great! |
