The amount of money it will cost him to do a chain of the shops is phenomenal, though!

| Taken from the add: What would it take to get you to stick your feet in a tank of fish that feed on human flesh? It's an experience some are willing to pay for. In Alexandria, Va., Yvonne Salon is treating customers to a beauty fad that's new to the U.S.: the fish pedicure. So I ask that the 2009 Meet Up Planners consider this in planning.... Can you see if we get a discount?

Fantastic idea, Twalla. I don't know if I'm in or not. Hummmmm it just doesn't sound right - paying to have these fish suck the dead skin off my feet....

Donating YT 14K Club Member | Am I the only one grossed out by this? "It's all organic," she says, "... Your feet never felt so clean." I mean...yeah, it's a cool idea and the fact that it's organic is great! My one question...do they change out the water, cleanse the tank before the next client puts their feet in it? A fish sucks the dead skin off of your feet...well, what goes in that fish must come out...so it poos in the tank. Now, you go stick your feet in there...where there is poo from someone else's feet. Eeeew! I don't think I could do this unless I knew that I was the first client for that tank.

Yeah I wonder about that too. Also, the fish mouth has been on many other feet, so is that sanitary? I would try it, but I'm not sure if it's clean.

| Hey, where's your sense of adventure? It's a win, win situation. You get the skin off, the fish get to eat what they like and you get an interesting experience in the bargin. What's not to like? May I suggest appointments for everyone with at least two Margaritas each? Okay...maybe three, but that's it! |

| I was reading about this on another forum. Several members had done it and said it worked amazingly well. Super soft feet. I think the water has to constantly be changed to keep it sanitary though and it's really bad for the fish.
