| Looking for a site..... With information all consolidated for the nutritional stats on the menu items at food places (not just fast food...but all places). I know I can go to each individual sites, but I figured (hoped) there was a site w/ everything compiled together Also....I have been seeing about a book or something on what to eat and why it is better than another item....THIS is better than THAT type of thing. I know a lot of magazines will have a little section on that topic....example: a McDonald's regular burger is better than a McDonald's chicken sandwich...etc. Is there a site or a book or something on that too? I think that is interesting to see the comparisons....since a lot of times, things we THINK are better for us, aren't. THANKS!!!!

| I have been using Calorie Counter, Diet Tracking, Food Journal, Nutrition Facts at The Daily Plate to track what I eat. So far, everything I have eaten has been in their database-from hamburger helper to wendy's to kroger brand hotdog buns.
