| Carmen Electra Fitness videos? Does anyone have any of the Carmen Electra aerobic striptease videos? As a lot of you know, I am trying to lose some weight for my best friends wedding, and I thought these videos looked like a fun way to exercise. Before I rush out and spend the money on set, I thought I'd see if any of you have any experience with them.

| I have two, but they definitely barely raised my heart rate. They are fun, but not really a great workout at all imo |

| one of my friends has one of the videos. I watched her do it one night, it didn't seem like much of a workout to me. It was more like a walk through of how to do strip tease. My advice: I have lost 40lbs so far on my diet, I took a college nutrition course, and I stick to the old annoying advice of healthy diet and excercise. Do no less than 60min of cardio a day (some say 30minutes, I think 60 is more effective, but 30 to start out slower) and watch your diet. I count calories.

| haha for me the way I keep from getting bored with my workout (which doesn't always work for me) I update the music on my mp3 player all the time, and listen to it while I do my cardio. I also switch up what I do that way I'm not always doing the same thing, and my body also wont be able to adapt to that activity.

The diet I am on came from my doctor, and it follows a similar diet for diabetes patients. In a nutshell I basically watch my portion sizes, cut back on carbs, and eat a lot more protein. Plus exercise.
